September 11, 2010 This was our second year photographing weddings at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota. With a special thanks to the ladies at The Sturgis Hitchin' Post, we met this amazing couple from Canada. The former sweethearts lost track of each other after high school, reconnected last year and realized immediately that they never lost that spark.

When we took off to Sturgis, South Dakota to photograph biker weddings we never expected the experience would lead us abroad. We were honored to photograph two very special days of Franziska and Wulf's lives, one in Sturgis and one in Solothurn. Surrounded by their family and friends against the backdrop of Switzerland's most beautiful Baroque city, the magic of this wedding day will be difficult to top.

We had so much fun at Mike and Diane's on our last day in Sturgis. It was a tearful event-- even Amanda and I started crying during the vows. Diane and Mike clearly have a playful and loving connection and are inspiration to us all. It was incredible to be a part of their day!
